Dog and Cat Waste

Dog waste, cat waste, and cat litter go in the landfill cart. These materials are not accepted for composting.

You can compost any wood shavings or natural pet bedding. Rodent (mice, rats, hamsters, rabbits), reptile, bird and livestock manure/waste can also be composted. Feathers and natural chicken nesting material go in the compost cart too.
