Wrapping Paper

If the wrapping paper is only paper, it goes in the recycle cart.

Is it shiny? Does it have texture? Or does it have a stretchy aspect to it when you try and tear it? If “YES” to any of those questions, it is not recyclable and goes in the landfill cart.
