Musical greeting cards, which have batteries, can be taken to the hazardous waste facility:

Friday 9 AM – 1 PM, Saturday 9 AM – 4 PM
If you remove the battery and speaker component, the remaining card can go into your recycle cart.
The battery would go to the hazardous waste facility.
The speaker component would go into your landfill cart.
